2025 Welch Company Meeting

The Welch Tile Annual Company Meeting. It’s the one time of year that we all GET TO be in the same room! At our annual company meeting, we always try to make the most of our time together with the short amount of time that we have. This year, we enjoyed a little lunch and connection before sitting down to look back at 2024 and look forward to 2025.

We were proud to report that the Welch Tile team worked on OVER 200 projects in 2024. Commercial construction, residential construction, soft goods and manufacturing all gave some reports and offered thankfulness to all involved in making these projects not only come to life, but to completion. We were also able to see some beautiful pictures of some of the projects we worked on, and as always we were blown away.

We had the pleasure of celebrating years of service for many; we commended an employee for 37 years in the tile trade at Welch Tile and we congratulated him on his upcoming retirement.

New to the meeting this year, we recognized our staff who have tested for their certified tile installer certificate and passed. We are proud and honored to employ over 20 CTI’s! A quality project is a direct result of using qualified and talented labor. We have that and more.

We were also able to talk about the nationally recognized Five Star contractor program that we have been a part of since 2008. Welch was actually the first tile contractor to receive this accreditation and we re-qualified for 2025, as well. This is an honor we do not take lightly and we wouldn’t be able to obtain this without amazing people working through all the departments of our company. Every one matters; whether they are just starting out in the trade or have years of experience. It truly takes each and everyone of us!

Finally, we had the pleasure of welcoming Josh Zoerhof, who was able to give us a look into the power of gratitude. He discussed how even small steps towards a more grateful attitude can completely change how we view the mundane in the day-to-day, and it really made us think about how to be more grateful. Thank you, Josh!
